Ingredients
- H2O, 300 grams
- Starter, 2 Tbs
- Flour, 600 grams
- Salt, 30 grams
Instructions
Mix ingredents proportionally into glass bowl. Allow to rise and proof 3x until all ingredents are added. Do not add salt directly to starter; Mix salt into flour first.
Bake
350 F, 45 Minutes in closed container.
